I had the pleasure of meeting Art Linkletter about a decade ago, and knowing him, he'd probably say it's not just the kids who say the darndest things;
real estate agents say the darndest things, too.
I've been thinking lately about the goofy things I've heard some real estate agents say. The words seem to fall out of their mouths before they've had time to consider about what they have said. Unfortunately, a few of these agents present such an awful picture of themselves that they pretty much guarantee you'll never call them.
